Returns and Exchanges

  • No Returns on Jewellery: Due to the nature of our products, all jewellery purchases are final and cannot be returned once purchased. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before completing your order.

  • Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we ask that you provide a video of the unpacking process as proof of the condition upon arrival. This helps us assess the situation and resolve it quickly. Please contact us at taarikauk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item if you encounter any issues.

  • Refund or Replacement: If a fault is identified, we will either issue a full refund or send out a replacement item at our discretion, depending on the nature of the fault.

  • Conditions for Faulty Returns: The video proof of unpacking must clearly show the condition of the item at the time of unpacking. If the jewellery shows signs of damage from wear or mishandling, we will not accept the return or provide a refund.

Return Process

  • To return a faulty item, please contact us at taarikauk@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return process.

  • The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, including packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Refund Process: Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that we cannot refund to a different card or account due to fraud prevention policies.
